We recommend a tour starting time of 8:00 am for our private tours. However, please feel free to suggest your preferred departure time. We kindly remind clients to confirm their pickup and departure times with the local tour operator at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

Pickup is available from Kusadasi and Selcuk hotels, as well as the port.

Ending Point:

The tour will conclude at the original departure point.

Our provider guarantees that guests will arrive back at the port in time for boarding. Clients are requested to be ready at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes before the agreed pickup time. If you cannot find a tour package that meets your needs, please contact our dedicated Custom Team to discuss your requirements.

Our tour package includes the following services:

• A professional licensed tour guide
• Lunch at a local restaurant
• Admission to all sights listed on the itinerary
• Transfer services from Kusadasi hotels/port and Selcuk hotels
• Ground transportation by a comfortable, air-conditioned, non-smoking vehicle.

The tour package excludes the following expenses:

• Admission fees to attractions (unless otherwise specified in the itinerary)
• Beverages consumed during the tour
• Tips for the tour guide and driver (optional)
• Personal expenses incurred by clients.

Please remember to bring your swimsuits and towels with you. If you are traveling with children, please ensure that you have their passports with you.

Admission fees per person for the following attractions:

• Ancient Ephesus: 400 Turkish Lira
• Pamukkale Travertines including Hierapolis Museum: 400 Turkish Lira

Please note that our tour guide will have pre-paid skip-the-line tickets to avoid long ticket queues. The cost of these entry tickets can be paid in cash (in US dollars, euros, or Turkish Lira) to your guide during the tour.

Please note that any amendments to the tour package are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

In the event of a No-Show, the full cost of the tour will be charged as cancellation fees.

Clients are reminded that the provider cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to improper dress.

Tax is included in the tour package price.

Cancellation of this service can be made without penalty up to 3 days prior to the first scheduled service date.
