Departure Time:

We recommend starting the tour at 8:00 am, but feel free to suggest your preferred departure time. We kindly remind clients to confirm their pickup and departure times with the local tour operator at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

Departure Point:

Pickup is available from Kusadasi hotels/port and Selcuk hotels.

Ending Point:

The tour concludes at the original departure point.

Duration:

Approximately 16 hours.

Service Basis:

Private transportation provided via a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

Additional Info:

Our provider guarantees that guests will arrive back at the port in time for boarding. Clients are requested to be ready at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes before the agreed pickup time. Our tour package includes the following services:

• A licensed professional tour guide
• Lunch at a local restaurant
• Ground transportation provided by a luxurious, air-conditioned Mercedes minibus, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable journey.

The tour package excludes the following expenses:

• Admission fees to museums and sights listed in the itinerary (unless otherwise specified)
• Tips for the tour guide and driver (optional, but customary)
• Beverages consumed during the meal
• Personal expenses incurred by clients during the tour.

Please remember to bring your swimsuits and towels with you. If you are traveling with children, please ensure that you have their passports with you.

Admission fees per person for the following attractions:

• Aphrodisias: 150 Turkish Lira
• Pamukkale Travertines including Hierapolis Museum: 400 Turkish Lira

Please note that our tour guide will have pre-paid skip-the-line tickets to avoid long ticket queues. The cost of these entry tickets can be paid in cash (in US dollars, euros, or Turkish Lira) to your guide during the tour.

Please note the following terms and conditions for our tour package:

• Any amendments made to the tour itinerary are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
• In the event of a No-Show, the full cost of the tour will be charged as cancellation fees.
• The provider cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to improper dress.
• Tax is included in the tour package price.
• Cancellation of this service can be made without penalty up to 3 days prior to the first scheduled service date.
