Drop-off at the original departure point.

Additional Information:

Clients are required to be ready at the departure point 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. If you cannot find a suitable service, please contact our dedicated Custom Team to discuss your requirements.

Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to ride solo on the quads. However, children can ride with a parent on a double quad.

The tour includes approximately 1 hour of quad driving. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to ride solo, but can ride as a passenger on a double quad with a parent.

The total amount paid will be refunded for any safari tours cancelled due to weather conditions.

In the event of a no-show at the designated meeting time, full cancellation applies.

The provider cannot be held responsible if entry is denied due to improper dress.

We highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance for your holiday, as the provider cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur during the tour.

The provider is not responsible for any transfer issues that may arise, as the safari companies have their own shuttle transfers. Please be punctual and ready at the designated meeting point on time.

Cancellation Policy: This service can be cancelled without penalty up to 3 days prior to the first scheduled service date.
