If the client fails to show up at the specified meeting time, full cancellation will apply.

The provider cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to inappropriate attire.

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your holiday as the provider cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur during the tour.

The provider is not liable for transportation issues that may arise as event companies have their own shuttle transfers. Please ensure that you are punctual and present at the designated meeting point on time.
