It is highly recommended that clients confirm their departure/pick-up times by contacting the local tour operator no later than 24 hours prior to the service.

Clients should be ready at the departure point 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

We guarantee a timely return to the port.

An English-speaking guide will be provided for all sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary.

We offer transfer services from Izmir Port and provide land transportation in a non-smoking, air-conditioned vehicle.

The tour package does not include admission fees for attractions, meals and beverages during the tour, tips for the guide and driver (optional), or personal expenses.

Please ensure that you bring the passports for any children in your group.

Admission fees per person are as follows:

• Ancient Ephesus: 400TL
• Terrace Houses: 170TL Note that the tour guide will have pre-paid skip-the-line tickets to avoid long ticket queues. The cost of the used entry tickets can be paid to your guide in cash (USD, EUR or Turkish Lira) during the tour.

If there are any delays or changes to your cruise itinerary, the provider will refund the total amount of the booking without any cancellation penalties. Any amendments to the booking are subject to availability and may require an additional supplement fee. In the event of a No-Show, the booking will be fully cancelled. Please note that the provider cannot be held responsible for entry being denied due to improper dress. Taxes are included in the price.

Cancellation Policy: This service can be cancelled without penalty up to 3 days prior to the first service date.
