Season: Everyday from May 1st to October 10th.

Departure Time: 09:30 AM. It is highly recommended that clients confirm their departure/pickup times by contacting the local tour operator no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Departure Point: Kusadasi Hotels.

Ending Point: Returns to the original departure point.

Duration: Approximately 8 hours.

Service Basis: Shared.

Clients must be present at the departure point 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. If you are unable to locate the service, please contact our dedicated customer service team and inform them of your requirements.

The package includes:

• Entrance ticket to the aquapark
• Access to all water slides in the aquapark
• Transfer service to and from Kusadasi hotels
• Land transportation provided by a fully air-conditioned vehicle.

The following are not included in the package:

• Meals and beverages at the waterpark
• Rafting
• Dolphin Show

Please note the following instructions:

• Bring your swimwear and towel with you.
• It is not recommended to bring electronic devices to the aquapark.
• Bringing outside food and drinks is prohibited in the aquapark.
• Please bring a passport or a photocopy of the passport for children who are 9 years old and below.

Please take note of the following:

• Full cancellation applies if you fail to show up at the specified meeting time.
• The provider cannot be held responsible for entry denial due to improper attire.
• We highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance for your holiday as the provider is not liable for any incidents that may occur during the tour.
• The provider is not responsible for any transfer issues that may arise as each waterpark company has its own shuttle transfers. Please ensure that you are at the designated meeting point on time.
• Tax is included in the price.
• Cancellation policy: You can cancel this service without any penalties up to 3 days prior to the first service date.
