It is highly recommended that clients confirm their departure/pickup times by contacting the local tour operator no later than 24 hours prior to the service. Departure points include Kusadasi Hotels and Selcuk Hotels, with return to the original departure point after a duration of approximately 12 hours.

Additional Information: Guests should be prepared at the departure point 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. If you are unable to locate the service, please contact our dedicated Customer Team to inform them of your needs.

The tour package includes an English-speaking guide, lunch at a local restaurant, and all sightseeing activities listed in the itinerary. Additionally, transportation will be provided via air-conditioned, non-smoking vehicle for guests staying at Kusadasi Hotels and Selcuk Hotels.

Admission fees to attractions, beverages during the tour, tips for the guide and driver (optional), and personal expenses are not included in the tour package.

Please bring your swimming clothes and towel with you. If there are children in your group, please ensure that their passports are also brought along.

Admission fees per person are required for entry into the Pamukkale Travertines including the Hierapolis Museum (400TL) and Cleopatra Pool (optional, 200TL). Please note that the tour guide will have pre-paid skip-the-line tickets to avoid long queues for tickets. The cost of these entry tickets can be paid in cash (USD, EUR, or Turkish Lira) to your guide during the tour.

As a reminder, full cancellation will be applied in the event of a no-show at the specified meeting time. The provider cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to improper dress. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for your holiday as the provider is not liable for any incidents that may occur during the tour. Tax is included in the price, and guests are able to cancel the service without penalty up to 3 days prior to the first service date.
