Departure Time:

We recommend a departure time of 8:00 am for our private tours, but we are flexible and can accommodate your schedule. Please let us know your preferred pickup time.

It is important to confirm your departure/pickup times with the local tour operator at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

Departure Point:

Pickup is available from Kusadasi Port/Hotels or Selcuk Hotels.

Ending Point:

The tour will end at the original departure point.

Duration:

Approximately 7 hours.

Service Basis:

This is a private tour where you will have exclusive use of a vehicle.

Please be at the departure point 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Services included in the tour package are:

• A professional licensed tour guide who speaks your own language
• All sightseeing activities listed in the itinerary
• Transfer service to and from Kusadasi Port/Hotels
• Land transportation provided by a non-smoking air-conditioned vehicle.

The following items are not included in the tour package:

• Admission fees to attractions
• Meals and beverages (optional)
• Tips for the guide and driver (optional)
• Personal expenses.

Please ensure that you bring the passports of any children who will be joining the tour.

Admission fees per person are as follows:

• Ancient Ephesus: 400TL
• House of Mary: 200TL
• St. John Basilica: 100TL
• Terrace Houses: 170TL
• Ephesus Museum: 100TL

Note: The tour guide will have pre-paid skip-the-line tickets to avoid long ticket queues. The cost of the used entry tickets can be paid to your guide in cash (dollars, euros, or Turkish lira) during the tour.

If you fail to show up at the specified meeting time, the tour will be fully cancelled and no refund will be provided. Please ensure that you arrive on time.

The provider cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to improper dress. It is your responsibility to dress appropriately for the attractions you will be visiting.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holiday as the provider cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur during the tour.

Tax is included in the price of the tour.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel this service without penalty up to 3 days before the first scheduled service date.
