We recommend a pick-up time of 09:30 for the private tour. However, please suggest your preferred pick-up time.

Please note that clients should confirm their departure/pick-up times by contacting the local tour operator no later than 24 hours before the service.

Departure Point:

The tour departs from centrally located hotels in Cappadocia.

Ending Point:

The tour ends at the original departure point.

Duration:

The approximate duration of the tour is 7 hours.

Service Basis:

This is a private tour where clients sit in a private vehicle.

Additional Information:

Clients must be ready at the departure point 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

Please ensure that you bring passports for any children who will be joining the tour.

The tour includes:

• An English-speaking guide
• Lunch at a local restaurant
• All sightseeing activities specified in the itinerary
• Transfer service to and from centrally located hotels in Cappadocia
• Land transportation provided by an air-conditioned, non-smoking vehicle.

The tour does not include:

• Admission fees to attractions (these will be the responsibility of the clients)
• Beverages during the tour (clients will need to cover their own expenses for drinks)
• Tips for the guide and driver (optional)
• Personal expenses.

Please note:

• If there are any children on the tour, please ensure that you bring their passports.
• Admission fees per person are as follows:
• Goreme Museum: 300TL
• Zelve (Pasabag): 150TL

The tour guide will provide pre-paid skip-the-line tickets to avoid long queues at the ticket counter. The cost of these entry tickets can be paid in cash (USD, EUR, or Turkish Lira) to your guide during the tour.

Please be aware of the following:

• Amendments to the tour are subject to availability and may require additional fees.
• If there is a No-Show, the tour will be fully cancelled.
• The tour provider cannot be held responsible if entry is denied due to improper dress code.
• Taxes are included in the price.
• You can cancel this service without any penalties up to 3 days prior to the first day of the tour.
